Artist’s approach
Since 2008, Tehos has developed an ongoing exploration of verticality, examining its relationship with structure, gravity, perception, and memory.
Vertical lines act as both physical and symbolic axes, fragmenting the image while preserving traces of its original form. The work moves between abstraction and recognition, inviting the viewer to mentally reconstruct what remains visible.

About the artist
Tehos is a French contemporary artist whose multidisciplinary practice encompasses collage, painting, photography, video, digital art, and installation.
His work has been exhibited internationally, including in France, Monaco, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. He first gained recognition for his collage-based works and his exploration of image, language, memory, and perception.
His artworks have been published several times by Le Monde diplomatique, appearing both on the newspaper’s cover and as illustrations accompanying articles distributed internationally.
In 2014, one of his artworks was selected for the official poster of the Art Monaco contemporary art fair.
His work has also appeared on the cover of Le Jazzophone, a French jazz magazine, and on the cover of a novel by Sapir Prize-winning author Amir Gutfreund.
In 2011, Tehos received the Jury Prize from AIAP-UNESCO Monaco for a video installation.
In March 2020, he was selected as “Artist of the Week” in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. His video works were displayed across more than 1,000 digital and large-format screens throughout both cities.
In 2023, an artwork from his ICON series appeared on the cover of the magazine D’Art et de Culture.
In 2024, Tehos created an artificial-intelligence-assisted film that was presented at the Nice Conservatory of Music.

Od początku lat dwutysięcznych rozwija wieloraki dorobek twórczy łączący malarstwo, kolaż, fotografię, wideo i sztukę cyfrową. Będąc pionierem metawersu już w 2009 roku, jego praktyka bada relacje między obrazem, językiem a świadomością zbiorową, a także postrzeganie i przekształcanie rzeczywistości w erze immersyjnych technologii i sztucznej inteligencji.
Równolegle do praktyki artystycznej rozwija także kilka serii prac przeznaczonych na rynek projektowania i wyposażenia wnętrz.
Jego prace były prezentowane na arenie międzynarodowej i publikowane w Le Monde diplomatique. Szczególnie wykorzystano je na okładce magazynu D’art et de culture (grudzień 2023), na oficjalnym plakacie Art Monaco 2014 oraz na okładkowej grafice singla You Are Not Alone autorstwa Elan Atias (The Wailers). Zaprojektował także etykietę dla prestiżowego wina z Kalifornii.
W 2019 roku zaprojektował dużą wystawę miejską w Dubaju, emitowaną na ponad 1000 ekranach w całym mieście, w tym na kilku dużych formatach, poprzez sieć Eleven Vision Media.
W 2024 roku wyprodukował dwudziestominutowy film stworzony w całości za pomocą sztucznej inteligencji, ukierunkowany na procesy po zakończeniu wojny, zaprezentowany w Conservatoire de Nice w ramach hołdu setnej rocznicy Luigi Nono.
