Youji Ishikawa - Vierge - 1993

Yoji Ishikawa (ur. 10 lipca 1935) to japoński fotograf z Tokio. Po ukończeniu szkoły średniej wstąpił na Wydział Prawa na Keio University i w trakcie studiów rozpoczął pracę jako asystent w studio fotograficznym Yuji Hayaty. Profesjonalny debiut zaliczył w 1959 roku przy zdjęciu na okładkę magazynu Amateur Camera, a w 1961 roku zaczął pracować jako freelancer. Jego wczesne prace obejmowały publikacje gravure, reklamy architektoniczne oraz fotografię motoryzacyjną. Od lat 70. rozszerzył działalność w Europie, współpracując z lokalnymi modelkami i organizując wystawy. Jego projekty później rozszerzyły się na wideo i publikacje cyfrowe.
