Collection of three original instant cameras from the 1970s, comprising two Kodak models and one Polaroid:
1. Kodak EK300 Instant Camera
Made in the USA and fitted with manual focusing, exposure compensation and a large integrated electronic flash. Finished in black with a distinctive orange front panel. Includes the original rainbow-striped carrying strap.
2. Kodak EK2 Instant Camera
Made in England. Recognisable by its cream-coloured body, blue and silver front panel and large folding handle. Equipped with automatic exposure, a lighten/darken control and battery-test facility.
3. Polaroid EE55 Land Camera
A compact folding instant camera with manual distance setting, exposure adjustment and optical viewfinder. Includes a carrying strap.
Condition:
All three cameras are in used vintage condition with visible age-related wear, including scratches, dust, discolouration and surface marks. The Kodak EK300 flash area also shows signs of age. Please examine the photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the condition description.
The cameras have not been tested with film, and their mechanical, electrical and flash functions are not guaranteed. They are therefore offered as untested collector’s items.
Important film information:
The Kodak EK300 and EK2 require Kodak PR-10 instant film, which has been discontinued. The Polaroid EE55 uses square-format Type 80 pack film, which is also no longer manufactured. Consequently, these cameras are principally suitable for collection, restoration, historical display, props or interior decoration.
