This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brûlée, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow – fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There’s a hint of freshly baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you’ll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.

Colour: Deep golden amber with warm coppery highlights and a honeyed glow.

Nose: Rich, spicy aromas of crème brûlée, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon open to a bright fruit core—pineapple with sun-kissed lemon zest. A whisper of warm, freshly baked sponge cake returns, with toasted cinnamon. Citrus and vanilla weave through wisps of peat smoke, leaving an inviting, layered aroma of sweetness, warmth and smoke.

Palate: Silky, richly textured, it coats the palate with custard-like indulgence—crème brûlée, vanilla and honeyed spice. Pineapple brightness pairs with lemon zest, while toasted cinnamon and sponge-cake warmth linger. A subtle veil of peat smoke threads through, carrying citrus and vanilla into a long, refined finish.

Finish: Long, peaty smoke lingers, giving way to warm citrus zest and vanilla. Honeyed spice and toasted cinnamon weave through the finish, leaving a soft, lingering sweetness as the peat fades.
