Aukcja wystroju wnętrz (dom śródziemnomorski)

Niezwykła antyczna grecka metalizowana gliniana (?) szkliwiona? - woskowana skórzana osłona z wężykowymi ornamentami? Przepraszam. Actually need produce final.

An unusual vintage Greek leather-wrapped vase or jar, decorated with richly embossed and tooled designs depicting human figures and animals.

The vessel is covered in worked leather featuring raised decorative scenes created through traditional embossing and leather-tooling techniques. The combination of figural and animal motifs gives the piece a distinctive Mediterranean folk-art character, while the naturally aged leather surface displays an attractive patina developed over time.

The sculptural shape and detailed decoration make this piece appealing as both a decorative vase and collectible example of traditional leather craft. It can be displayed on its own as an accent piece or incorporated into an interior featuring European antiques, folk art, ethnographic objects, or vintage decorative arts.

The aged leather has variations in tone and texture that enhance the character of the embossed design. If intended for use with fresh flowers, we recommend using a separate waterproof inner container rather than filling the vessel directly with water unless its water resistance has been confirmed.

As a vintage piece, it may show scratches, stains, fading, discoloration, cracking, peeling, deformation, loose sections, or other age-related wear.

Please examine all photographs carefully for the embossed decoration, leather surface, interior, base, dimensions, and overall condition. The precise age, workshop, and regional attribution should be independently assessed.
