Striking vintage blue opaline glass hand vase, modelled as an elegant sculptural hand holding a dramatically flared cornucopia-style vessel.

The piece has a particularly decorative silhouette: an elongated hand rises from a circular base and grips the central vase, while the upper section opens into a highly expressive ruffled, fan-like rim. The opaque turquoise-blue glass gives the object a strong presence and works especially well in both eclectic and contemporary interiors.

Its design belongs to the long decorative tradition of hand vases and cornucopia-form vessels, objects prized for their combination of figurative sculpture and functional design. The unusual colour and exaggerated upper rim make this example especially eye-catching.
