A quiet moment held in time: magnolia flowers gathered in a simple glass vase, their delicate presence resting between stillness and memory. Inspired by the magnolia tree in the artist’s own garden, the flowers carry something of a familiar spring into the painting — a fleeting moment from nature preserved in paint.
There is something tender in the scene, as though the flowers belong to a moment just before or just after something has happened. Their quiet beauty invites the viewer to linger, to notice the small details and the feeling of a memory gently unfolding.

About the seller

Reihan Trandafir is a self-taught, UK-based contemporary artist whose work explores memory, perception, and emotional depth.
Beginning her practice in 2020, she gradually evolved from soft, neutral compositions into layered, textured works that trace the quiet passage of time and the subtle rhythms of inner life.
Drawn to moments of calm and reflection within everyday life, her paintings create contemplative spaces where memory and emotion quietly unfold through colour, texture, and gesture.
