Nose
Słodowy i całkowicie Dalmore. Skórka pomarańczy Sevillskiej, Parfait Amour, słodowy zbożowy, jęczmień i czekolada. Kremowa waniliowa fudge, tropikalne owoce z lekko winowym charakterem.

Palate
Średnie, okrągłe. Zimowe jagody, przyprawy, skórka pomarańczowa. Pojawiają się likiery; Grand Marnier, kirsch i Frangelico.

Finish
Pikantny, z dobrze zintegrowanym dębem, a claret pojawia się na końcu.
