Thank you very much for viewing this item.
The Ricoh Auto Half E is a distinctive compact 35mm half-frame camera equipped with a fixed-focus 25mm F2.8 lens and automatic exposure.
Its half-frame format allows two images to be recorded within the area normally used for one standard 35mm frame, making it an economical and enjoyable camera for everyday film photography. The built-in spring-powered film advance also gives the Auto Half series its characteristic quick and simple shooting style.
With its compact body, distinctive design, and straightforward operation, it remains an interesting camera both for casual film photography and for collectors of classic Japanese half-frame cameras.
