This auction features an original hand-blown cobalt blue glass vase, most likely dating from the 19th century. The piece was crafted using traditional glassblowing techniques, clearly evidenced by the raw pontil mark on the underside, characteristic of genuine handmade production from this era.

The vase has an elegant, classic silhouette with a rounded central bulge and a wide flaring rim. Its deep, intense cobalt colour is typical of Central European glassworks from the 19th century (Bohemia, Silesia, Germany).
