Dear Birgit, thank you for your feedback. It is unpleasant to hear your disappointment but the lot you purchased was exactly described as it was, including the condition report and pictures. We book the shipping within 3 days after the sale and it is up to the carrier to plan the delivery. We try to offer the affordable shipping, which in your case was half of the standard price to make the costs as low as possible. For this reason the shipping is being arranged by the carrier as a combination delivery. 

Bought it for a competitive price and picked it up myself. Good talk with the seller! Communication excellent.

The glass is broken, the seller wasn't able to pack properly for 65 Euros. Very disappointed, the lamp can go to garbage.

I am very sorry for this event but the package was well packed, protected and shipping insured. We take all responsibility till the moment of delivery. With all good intentions we try to sort out any occurred issue. You came back to us 11 days after delivery that the lamp is damaged. How we can present insurance claim to the shipping company after so many days? Legally no insurer can accept the claim so many days after delivery took place to avoid false damage claims which could took place after the delivery.
