Dear Sir, I completely understand your dissatisfaction. Your package has suffered a rather unusual fate. On May 7th I had a car accident, I had to leave my vehicle to be towed with your package inside and leave the scene by ambulance. I have since tried to find out what happened to the package but in vain, the package remains untraceable. I would very much like to be able to reassure you, can I offer you compensation?
