Prints were not protected enough. They arrived with multiple bends at both endings. no answer from seller after informing.

Extremely well packed. Would have been nice to see the frame and matting prior to purchasing. The matting detracts from the piece as the colors don’t work well.

L’appareil un ampli Onkyo M5000R  est arrivé avec un beau pet (coup) sur l’arriiere , pas montré sur les photos. Et ça ne sait pas fait pendant le transport car il était très bien emballé , vis caché

Thank you for your feedback. I respect your right to leave a review. But I believe it is important for other clients to have the situation presented fairly and accurately. As clearly shown in the listing photos, the unit was in excellent visible condition before shipment. It was also packed with exceptional care and with highly effective protection, exactly as I pack every item I sell, regardless of its size or value. Consistently reflected in many positive reviews. Unfortunately, during transport, the item appears to have suffered a very small impact, less than 1 cm, on the rear side, in a non-visible area. Most importantly, this minor cosmetic mark does not affect the unit’s technical functionality in any way. In addition, I immediately acted in good faith and offered, at no cost to you, a full return with shipping entirely covered by me. This solution was declined.  For these reasons,  I do not consider the tone and framing of this review entirely fair to the actual circumstances.

Very well packed. Book in good condition as described. Compliments to the seller, highly recommended!
