Regarding the work that arrived "damaged" later (no breakage, just a couple of pieces that had come unglued), we pack our items with great care, as reviews show, but the carelessness of shipping companies knows no bounds. We value our customers' satisfaction greatly, and when contacted, we always strive to provide real solutions, whether practical advice or financial reimbursements. However, in this case, we were not given the time to respond and find a solution; we instead directly found this terrible review. What a pity.

leider ist das Objekt kaputt angekommen und der Verkäufer kommt mit der Lösung ich sollte es einfach kleben. sehr sehr schade so eine Antwort

However, from the photos, it was clear that the reality was quite different: a part that was glued had simply come unglued. We carefully pack our items, as the reviews show, but sometimes, the negligence of couriers can play nasty tricks. Moreover, we always offer our customers refunds for damaged parts or replacements for irreparably compromised products. That said, in this case, we proposed the fastest and most logical solution to the customer (while still remaining available for further support or alternative solutions): to glue the detached piece themselves in just a few seconds (without receiving any feedback except for this review).
