Hello dear buyer and I would like to thank you for purchasing this interesting instrument, but I would like to respectfully respond to your statement that the violin arrived at its destination with the callus fallen down - I usually do not send violins with the callus mounted, but put it under the stringer to avoid putting pressure on the violin so that other difficulties do not arise during transport - if this is the only reason for the complaint, I say that there is no problem at all because the callus can be mounted very easily in its place.
