I'm not really sure why you are unhappy, this additional fees you paid, are customs fees charged in your country and nothing to do with shipping fees. I have declared the value of your book less than the sold price, in order to avoid you paying more. You can read about customs fees on Catawiki, and not quickly add negative feedback..
