Leider wurde das Paket derart beschädigt (Rolle in der Mitte komplett gebrochen), dass sich dies auch auf das Kunstwerk auswirken hat. Ich versuche dies beim spannen auf den Rahmen auszugleichen.

Très déçu du tableau. Les angles ne sont absolument pas droit ce qui a rendu impossible la fixation sur un châssis même par 3 professionnels différents. 

Je suis sincèrement désolée de votre déception. J’apporte le plus grand soin à chaque œuvre que je réalise et, honnêtement, je ne comprends pas comment une telle situation a pu se produire. C’est la première fois que cela m’arrive avec un client.

Dans tous les cas, j’y prêterai encore plus d’attention à l’avenir. Si vous me le permettez, j’aimerais pouvoir vous aider à trouver une solution. Je vous indiquerai très prochainement comment procéder.
