connector entertainment Co. Ltd.

Based in Japan, Connector Entertainment Co. Ltd. specializes in premier Japanese trading cards, factory-sealed boxes, and top-tier collectibles. We take immense pride in our Japanese packaging standards, engineered to withstand the often harsh realities of international transit. While we implement bulletproof, multi-layered protective packaging, transit mishaps beyond our control can occasionally happen. Rather than venting frustration through negative feedback or rash messages, we believe in approaching every issue with mutual respect and sincerity to reach a fair resolution. Submitting courier investigations and insurance claims takes time, but we stand by our clients until every matter is resolved. Our highest honor is the trust of our numerous repeat collectors worldwide—their enduring loyalty and our proven track record speak for themselves. [Important Notice Regarding Shipping & Customs] Due to global economic conditions, rising fuel costs, and inflation, international shipping expenses have inevitably increased. We deeply appreciate your kind understanding regarding these worldwide circumstances. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are legally mandated by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Sadly, we occasionally encounter buyers who refuse to pay legitimate customs duties or complain about standard shipping rates. Please note that buyers who refuse customs clearance or decline import duty payments will be permanently blacklisted from all future transactions with our company. We look forward to building long-term, trusted relationships with serious and respectful collectors.
