Then, based on that answer, we will decide together, and also together with the platform. I hope they will help us resolve this situation. Whatever we all decide together, that is what we will do.

If they say that everything must be refunded, I will refund everything. If we agree with you to refund part of the amount, I will refund part of it.

Product slecht ingepakt in een A4 spellingsblad van eigen kind ingepakt.. Biljetten zaten bij elkaar geplaats zonder bescherming. Communicatie slecht tot zelfs onduidelijke antwoorden.
