This seller is not open to a solution when the delivered item is not in proper condition. He refused Catawiki's proposal. 

I would like to clarify that it was not possible to reach an agreement because the buyer requested a refund amounting to nearly 50% of the watch’s value, even though the issue concerned only the strap and could have been resolved at minimal cost.

Furthermore, the strap was intact at the time of shipment.
