Great seller, everything is as promised. 

The listing said it kept time, but it ran way fast. When I asked to return it, the seller mistakenly cancelled. I could’ve kept it for free, but stayed honest. I’ll be far more cautious next time.

The watch was tested and checked before dispatch. As vintage mechanical watches can be sensitive to movement during international transport, I pack them carefully in a protective hard-plastic box and wrap the watch in a soft cushioning layer to minimise the risk of impact.

When you reported that the watch was running fast, I remained responsive and tried to offer practical solutions, including a return or assistance with a reasonable inspection or repair. Returning the watch was a required part of the refund procedure, not an optional act. I always do my best to describe, test and package my vintage watches carefully, and to assist buyers fairly and transparently if an issue arises.
