The rug is dirty. After opening the rug a lot of dirt residue had to be cleaned off the floor. The state of the rug described and photographed is not as received. Packed as if bought from the souk.

Delayed delivery request not honored so no chance to inspect. Photos deceptively shot to hide defects on rug stated as very good condition. Their response was basically “sorry not sorry.” Beware!!
