Totally disagree with the comment. Communication was constant and agile at all times on my part, and always providing information.
Shipping costs are published before the auction takes place. They include shipping in a completely trustworthy company and all packages are guaranteed and insured, even in case of loss.
The package was delayed for one business day. One Friday and the same Monday it was solved. The deadlines established by Catawiki were met and the package arrived within the established deadline.
Despite everything, the customer, from the first moment, was threatening to leave bad comments or cancel the purchase.
Luckily, it is not usual. This and very grateful to all those clients who bet on my art. Thanks to all of them.

Articolo secondo le aspettative. Consegna in ritardo: il corriere lo ha depositato in un centro logistico e ha stentato a consegnarlo a casa.
