Because President John F. Kennedy strongly preferred square watches... these are often referred to as 'Kennedy look' watches. The square case measures 28.5 x 38 mm. (without crown/incl. lugs). Visibly used with care. The gold layer is still fine...and no visible wear on the high parts either. The dial is satin silver and in near perfect condition with the original gold hands and applied gold markers. A slight patina can be seen when the light hits it at a certain angle. (specks). The Swiss wind-up movement was recently serviced. It keeps accurate time and has an average deviation of approx. 2 seconds in 24 hours on the digital testing device. (snapshot). Steel snap case back. The crystal is still neat. Complete with an unworn black leather strap with a crocodile leather top layer. Suited for wrists with a circumference of up to approx. 19.5 cm.
