Viking Silver Circular Pendant with Granulated Knotwork Circa 9th-11th century AD This finely cast silver pendant of circular form features an integral upright loop, the field enclosed by a twisted-rope border and centred on an equal-armed interlace formed of beaded fillets with a pellet boss at the crossing. The spandrels each with a small trefoil motif; the outer rim framed by a second rope moulding, the reverse plain.
