古埃及复制品 描绘法老向神库努姆献祭场景的石碑
➜ This is a finely crafted relief of an Ancient Egyptian temple stela, executed in the style of the New Kingdom (Ramesside period). The relief depicts a classic ritual scene of royal devotion.
On the left, we see the god Khnum, the "Divine Potter" and Lord of the Nile Cataracts, identifiable by his ram head. He wears the combined Atef crown with the solar disk and horizontal ram horns. In his hands, he holds the Was-sceptre (symbol of power) and the Ankh (symbol of life).
Facing him is a Pharaoh, rendered in traditional profile, wearing a royal kilt and broad wesekh collar. He is performing an offering ritual, presenting sacred lotus blossoms—symbols of Upper Egypt and eternal rebirth—to the deity.
