Offered here is a set of three vintage traditional Japanese Yanagiba (sashimi) knives, all signed and bearing original marks and labels. These are single-bevel Japanese knives crafted for precise sashimi slicing, representing the long-standing blade-making tradition of Sakai, Osaka.
