These knives represent classic Japanese single-bevel craftsmanship designed for sashimi and fine fish preparation. 1) Yanagiba (Left) Blade length: approx. 21–22 cm Total length: approx. 34–35 cm Mei: 「奈良菊一」(Nara Kikuichi) Additional inscription: 「松野」 A refined Kansai-style yanagiba with elegant taper and pointed kissaki. The signature “Nara Kikuichi” is traditionally associated with historic Nara blade craftsmanship. 2) Takobiki (Center) Blade length: approx. 24–25 cm Total length: approx. 38–39 cm Stamp at tang/base: present but illegible / unclear A classic Kanto-style long rectangular slicing blade. There is a stamp at the base; however, it is worn and cannot be confidently deciphered. 3) Takobiki (Right) Blade length: approx. 21–22 cm Total length: approx. 33–34 cm Stamp: appears to read 「登録 糠人」 (reading accuracy cannot be guaranteed) Please note that the reading of this stamp cannot be fully guaranteed due to wear and patina.
