This charming “English silver-plated” serving bowl or container features a beautifully “fluted (ribbed)” body that catches the light beautifully, complemented by graceful loop handles for easy handling.
Marked “EPNS”(Electro-Plated Nickel Silver), it was produced in “Sheffield, England”— the world-famous centre of British silver and silver-plate manufacturing.
Dating to the mid-20th century (circa 1930s–1960s), this piece exemplifies the classic, timeless style popular for tea services, sugar bowls, and small tableware during that era.
