My priority is to maintain the original quality and health of the lens. I avoid excessive cleaning or harsh polishing that could damage the delicate coatings. Instead, I focus on ensuring it performs perfectly for actual shooting. I prefer keeping the original glass healthy over over-polishing it to perfection. ■ Condition Appearance: Excellent condition. Overall, the lens is very clean and beautiful, showing the superior build quality of the MD Rokkor series. While it is in excellent shape, please understand it is a vintage item and shows minor, normal signs of use. Optics (Serviced): NO active fungus. The lens has been professionally cleaned. Due to its age and the nature of previous storage, there is some internal dust and, on the rear element, a faint haze from past fungus removal which is visible only under a strong LED light. However, my test shoots confirm that this absolutely DOES NOT affect image quality, contrast, or rendering.
