The composition features six youthful attendant figures, adorned with jewelry and dressed in classical Gandharan drapery – deeply influenced by Greco-Roman sculptural idioms. Their garments fall in naturalistic, cascading folds, and each figure is depicted in motion, suggesting music, dance, or ritual service. Three figures on the lower level stand closely together – one raises a curved scarf in a rhythmic gesture, the central figure touches his lips in a contemplative or playful pose, and another strides forward holding a cloth or offering. Above, two additional figures raise ritual items, possibly a garland and a flask or container. The naturalism and expressive gestures, combined with the treatment of hair and stylized garments, reflect the mature Gandharan aesthetic of the Kushan period, known for its fusion of Hellenistic, Indian, and Central Asian influences.
