Attractive collection of three original Norwegian annual coin sets from 1995, 1996 and 1998, officially coined and packed by the Royal Norwegian Mint – Den Kongelige Mynt, Kongsberg. The lot contains three official “Coins of Norway” mint sets, each preserved in its original Royal Mint presentation box / holder with the original transparent protective cover. Included years: 1995 – 1996 – 1998 The sets contain Norwegian circulation coinage from the reign of King Harald V, with denominations including 20 kroner, 10 kroner, 5 kroner, 1 krone and 50 øre, depending on the year. The original presentation cards include detailed technical information for the coins, such as: * diameter * thickness * weight * metal composition * edge type * designer information The sets are clearly marked: “Condition: Uncirculated” and “Coined and packed at DEN KONGELIGE MYNT, Kongsberg.” A particularly attractive feature is the preservation of the original burgundy Royal Mint packaging, with the Norwegian coat of arms and period presentation design intact. The 1995 set is especially interesting, as it includes the commemorative 5 kroner marking 1000 years of Norwegian coinage, giving this group additional historical and numismatic appeal. The three sets together offer an attractive cross-section of Norwegian coinage from the mid-to-late 1990s and the early reign of Harald V. The coins remain well preserved inside their original holders. The presentation boxes and transparent covers show only normal minor signs of age and storage. A very attractive lot for collectors of Norwegian coins, Scandinavian numismatics, official mint sets, Harald V coinage and modern European coinage. Three original official Royal Norwegian Mint sets – 1995, 1996 and 1998 – complete with their original presentation boxes and protective covers, offered together as one lot.
