A charming pair of vintage Italian bronze putti, each with its own expressive pose and decorative character. Both pieces originate from Emilia Romagna and were likely created as architectural or ornamental elements. They may have originally decorated a door frame, but can be hung on a wall too. The pair make unique pieces in any interior. The large putto measures: H 20cm x W 12cm x D 7cm. The smaller putto, holding an apple, measures: H 19cm x W 14cm x D 7cm. The putti are in good vintage condition with some age-related patina, marks, and minor missing pieces on the bronze. They have been filled with resin at a later stage for weight and strength.
