The model is documented in the 19th-century catalogue of Launay, Hautin & Cie (page attached to the listing), confirming its historical authenticity and commercial distribution during that period. A beautifully balanced silhouette. The large goblet stands with architectural presence and may equally function as a decorative vase. The liquor carafe complements it harmoniously, featuring a graceful neck and well-proportioned stopper. This ensemble reflects the excellence of early French crystal manufacture, at a time when Le Creusot production played a significant role in supplying the Parisian luxury market.
