以基本合金铸成、中央穿孔的5 Mils硬币，是巴勒斯坦托管地发行的显著特征之一。正面呈现一圈精细描绘的枝叶花冠，周围以英文、希伯来文和阿拉伯文标示地区面值，体现该时期的多语行政。背面同样以三种语言显示面值，印字体清晰匀称。保留原始光泽，字段与浮雕处可见MS63等级的轻微磨痕，整体外观仍然清新而均匀。该枚为1930年代流通货币的具代表性的样本，背景是英属巴勒斯坦时期该地区日益紧张的政治局势。
