La cornice presenta un profilo rettangolare dorato a foglia d’oro, decorato con una sequenza ritmica di intagli geometrici incisi che ne evidenziano la classicità.
La parte superiore è impreziosita da una cimasa scolpita in legno, raffigurante un motivo a conchiglia centrale circondato da volute e foglie d’acanto finemente modellate, simboli di eleganza e raffinatezza.
