Dutch-made Orfac Sunburst wall clock from the 1950s or 1960s, an iconic piece of Mid-Century Modern design and Hollywood Regency style.
Key features:
Material: Made of brass and metal, with a distinctive domed (rounded) glass cover protecting the dial.
Design: Its special feature is the radial structure, in which longer straight metal rods alternate with looped decorative elements, with small spheres at the ends. The hands often have delicate Sun, Moon or star motifs at the ends.
Function:It runs continuously for 8 days with one winding, completely silently.
The watch is in extremely good condition for its age, the gold plating is a little faded in a few places. It works perfectly, and will be shipped with a key.
