06. ACCA XF-45, 1912-37四川省馬蘭錢代用幣, 大型/回首馬/珠圈背嘉禾
民國1918-1928年，四川動盪，軍閥割據。各路大小軍閥開始主導重慶、成都銅元錢局鑄造馬蘭幣（即紀念幣，亦稱代用幣）。馬蘭紀念幣從此問世流通，但僅限各路軍閥之間作為紀念、獎賞、贈予之用，代用幣性質明顯。馬蘭紀念幣的設計以「駿馬」與「蘭花」為幣面總圖案（亦有駿馬與梅花、菊花、嘉禾為圖案），多無紀年、紀值、紀地，品種多達百種。
馬蘭紀念幣材質為紅銅、黃銅和白銅、白銀，其中白銅、白銀為鑄造樣幣，比較少見，價值彌足珍貴。當然，馬蘭紀念幣總體鑄造量稀少，存世量並不多，珍稀版別存世不足百枚，樣幣、孤品更是少之又少，僅有數枚。是非常值得藏家收藏的古幣。
06. ACCA XF-45, 1912-37 Sichuan Province Malan Coin restrike (Substitute Coin), Large/Looking Back Horse/Beaded Circle with Ears of Grain on the Reverse. During the Republic of China period (1918-1928), Sichuan was in turmoil, with warlords controlling various regions. Various warlords began to direct the mints in Chongqing and Chengdu to produce Malan coins (commemorative coins, also known as substitute coins). Malan commemorative coins were thus introduced and circulated, but were limited to use among warlords for commemoration, rewards, and gifts, clearly serving as substitute coins. The design of Malan commemorative coins features a "galloping horse" and "orchid" as the overall pattern (some also feature a galloping horse with plum blossoms, chrysanthemums, and ears of grain). Most lack year, denomination, and place of issue, with over a hundred varieties.
Malan commemorative coins were made of red copper, brass, white copper, and silver. White copper and silver coins were rarer and of considerable value, being mostly pattern coins. Of course, the Malan commemorative coins were minted in very small quantities, and the number that still exists is not large. Rare varieties have fewer than 100 pieces, and pattern coins and unique pieces are even rarer, with only a few remaining. They are ancient coins that are very worthy of being collected by collectors.
