A beautiful, very rare and complete 12-piece set of solid silver oyster forks (also perfect for use as cocktail forks) by the famous Dutch manufacturer Gero Zeist. The forks are designed in the iconic Palmet model (Art Deco style), recognizable by the elegant, fan-shaped pattern on the handles. The head of the forks features gracefully flared outer tines, specifically designed to easily and neatly cut and scoop oysters. While most Palmet flatware parts were produced in silver-plated form or Zilmeta (stainless steel) at the time, this is an exclusive version made of solid silver.
