This style is typical of Byzantine or Greek religious icons. The icon shows the Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ. The Mother of God is seated on a throne, and Jesus is seated on her lap. Two angels can be seen on both sides of the throne. The icon is in very good condition for its age.
