Rich Relief/Embossing: Features a deeply textured, raised-embossed
scrollwork pattern running around the wide borders of the saucers
and the exterior walls of the cups.
Finding a complete set of 8 double-handled bouillon pairs from this era in well-preserved condition is increasingly rare.
*Gilded Accents: Elegant gold-rimmed borders and gilded bands around the bowls and handles.
*Glaze (Age Crazing): Features fine, authentic age-related crazing (crackle in the glaze) on the back side of cups only!
It is natural and expected for mid-century English earthenware of this period.
