Lufft Propeller-Shaped Wooden Aneroid Barometer, Germany A distinctive wall-mounted aneroid barometer by Lufft, combining a German precision instrument with a sculptural wooden case shaped as an aircraft propeller. Lufft is a long-established German producer of meteorological measuring instruments, with a manufacturing tradition extending back more than 140 years. Vintage condition with surface wear, small marks and minor losses at the wooden tips. The brass-toned bezel and dial cover show age-related wear and scratches.
