The Flowering Plants, Grasses, Sedges, and Ferns of Great Britain Volume 2 Published by Frederick Warne & Co, 1873 (undated) 40 full page chromolithographic plates. Volume 2: 35 plates 254 species coloured. Each plant is illustrated by beautiful chromolithographed plates by Anne Pratt. In the original publisher's uniform full cloth bindings. Very good condition with minor shelf wear only, spine lightly bumped to the head and tail. Gilt titles to the front and spine, all edge gilt. Internally, firmly bound, minor spotting otherwise the pages are generally clean and bright throughout. 355 pages + 40 colour plates, dimension; 24.0 x 17.0 cm.
