The subject of the auction is a bas-relief made using the copper repoussé technique. It depicts a scene of two roosters fighting. The dynamics of the image are emphasised by the raised tails, claws and bright red enamelled combs of the roosters. Handmade in the 1960s. Signed by the author in the lower right corner.
