Bulbous ceramic vase by Ernest d’Hossche, decorated with a rich burgundy ground enhanced by a polychrome relief frieze in white and light blue. The decoration features a raised ornamental band with rhythmic drop motifs beneath the lip, transitioning into a textured garland-like relief encircling the shoulder. The lower body is subtly embellished with incised floral motifs, adding depth to the monochrome glaze. The vase is stamped to the base BFK / 350 / ART. There is a chip measuring approximately 2.5 cm to the rim of the vase (see last image). No further cracks or structural damage observed.
