小山榮達 Koyama Eitatsu (1880-1945) Born in Tokyo in 1881. His first name was Seiji. Studied Western-style painting under Honda Kin-kichiro, Japanese-style painting under Suzuki Eikyo and history painting under Kobori Tomoto. Exhibited at the Teiten and Shinbunten and received an exemption of examination.
