As per title and photo, MTG 4th Edition black bordered starter deck, sealed and brand new, in Traditional Chinese (T-Chinese), released in July 1995. Generally, the cards in this set are all white bordered, but a second version has been produced, black bordered, in only 6 languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Although this starter deck is nowadays a niche and highly coveted object, those in Japanese are the most common while those in Chinese are the most sought after.
