Krokodille - Forstenet dyr - Monjurosuchus - 40 cm

Species: Monjurosuchus Crocodile size: 37cm (measured straight). Location: Primarily found in western Liaoning Province, China, they are representative fossils of the Jehol Biota. Monjurosuchus was an extinct, small, primitive crocodilian that lived approximately 120 million years ago during the Early Cretaceous period. Their fossils are mainly found in the Jehol Biota of western Liaoning Province, China, and are among the most representative fossils of the region. Monjurosuchus was relatively small, typically less than 50 cm in length, with a slender body and flexible limbs, adapted to aquatic life. Their long, powerful tails aided in rapid swimming, suggesting they primarily fed on small fish and invertebrates. Their appearance and habits indicate they played a significant predator role in the ecosystem. The fossils are remarkably well-preserved, 100% original, without any restoration, thus possessing extremely high scientific and collectible value.
