A very cool piece from the era when Longines was experimenting heavily with technology. This Conquest Alarm features a titanium case with gold-plated accents, nailing that late 80s two-tone look while feeling extremely light on the wrist. The alarm function is incredibly practical – loud enough to be useful and far more interesting and rare than the usual complications, although a bit tricky to set. A quirky piece that shows Longines wasn’t as serious as it is nowadays. Condition: Good for its age. The titanium case has minor usage marks, but the bracelet shows some wear. The dial looks impressive, without any markings or patina. Please see the pictures for a better description. Case Size: 33.2 x 37.1mm titanium case with a thickness of 7.6mm. Movement: ETA 957.011, quartz with alarm and date. The date window also shows if the alarm is set to AM, PM, or OFF. It was recently cleaned and a new battery was fitted, so it’s ready to be worn. To set the time/alarm, you pull the crown completely out, turn and hold the crown. It’s pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.
