Farven fremstår som mørk blå. På næsen er den rig med antydninger af moden rød frugt og en chokoladefinish. Kroppen er fyldig med smag af vilde brombær med silkeagtige tanniner og en lang, velsmagende eftersmag med chokoladepulver-smag i eftersmagen. Ideel til første retter og rødt kød som hare og vildsvin. Produceret i kun 2000 flasker af oenologen Michel Rolland.
Karakteristika: På næsen er den kompakt med antydninger af sort solbær, grafit og strejf af geranium. På ganen er den ekstremt frisk med salte og citrusagtige tanniner.

The color is a dark blue. The nose is rich with hints of ripe red fruit and a chocolate finish. The body is full with wild blackberry flavors with silky tannins and a long, savory finish with chocolate powder flavors in the finish. Ideal with first courses and red meats such as hare and wild boar. Produced in only 2000 bottles by the master winemaker Michel Rolland.
Characteristics: the nose is compact with hints of black currant, graphite and touches of geranium. On the palate it is extremely fresh with salty and citrus tannins.
